Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FotoFind, operated by UX Mate ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using FotoFind on behalf of a studio, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

The service

FotoFind is software for event photographers. You upload photos from the FotoFind desktop application; your guests scan a QR code, identify themselves by their own face, and download the photos they appear in. Face matching runs on your computer — we do not perform face recognition on our servers.

Your account

• You must give accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and your paired devices.
• One account is for one photographer or studio. Do not share logins.
• Tell us promptly at hello@fotofinds.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

Your photographs remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and deliver them to the guests of the events you create — nothing more. We do not sell your photos, use them to train models, or show them to anyone you have not shared them with.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for obtaining any consent your clients or their guests require under applicable law before photographs of them are shared through FotoFind.

Acceptable use

Do not use FotoFind to store or distribute unlawful material, material you have no right to distribute, or images of people obtained without their knowledge in a place where they would expect privacy. Do not attempt to breach our security, interfere with other accounts, or resell access to the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans, storage and event limits

Each plan states a storage allowance, a maximum number of events, and how long a gallery stays live. Uploads are rejected once you reach your storage allowance until you free space or upgrade. Galleries expire at the end of the event duration your plan states; expired galleries stop serving photos to guests.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your card details. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We work to keep FotoFind available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

FotoFind is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost photographs. Keep your own backups of your originals — FotoFind is a delivery tool, not a backup service.

Termination

You may stop using FotoFind and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. On termination your galleries stop serving and your stored data is deleted after a short grace period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will notify account holders by email. Continuing to use FotoFind after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
